1. Digital Products (eBooks/PDFs):
• Non-refundable due to the nature of digital downloads.
• We may consider offering a refund only if:
• The file doesn’t open or is corrupted.
• The customer accidentally purchased multiple copies.
“Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues with your download, please contact us within 7 days for support.”
2. Physical Books (Paperbacks/Hardcovers):
• Returns are allowed only if the book/journal arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect book/journal received
• Return requests typically must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The book must be in unread, resalable condition for a full refund or exchange.
• Shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

3. Refund Processing:
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
4. No Returns for:
• Sale items
• Personalized/signed copies (optional)
• Books bought from third-party retailers (Amazon, apple books etc.)
